day 1 : chalets de Chailloux
A high mountain pasture, which offers a beautiful view of the Mont Blanc.
ascent : 600 m

day 2 : montagne de Loriaz
A beautiful walk to discover the history and pastoral life of Vallorcine.
ascent : 700 m

day 3 : val Ferret italien
To taste polenta and see the south side of the Mont Blanc.
ascent : 450 m

day 4 : refuge de Bostan
From Samoens an itinerary through small appealing valleys.
ascent : 850 m

day 5 : alpage du Truc
Above Contamines -Montjoie, the domes de Miage dominant the wild pastures filled with animal tracks.
ascent : 550 m

day 6 : tour des Ayères
At the foot of large limestone cliffs of the Fiz, the view of the Mont Blanc is splendid.

There are no technical difficulties but you must be on form.
