skiing About Ski Touring ... A good number of skiers and a few onlookers queue at the cable cars to ski groomed ski runs and end up knowing every bump and rock on that run. Ski touring, is about getting away from these runs to discover unskied areas by climbing summits where there are no ski lifts. It is also these unskied slopes where we have to struggle to stay on top of good sometimes wind-blown snow. This occasion will be engraved in your memory. We become conscious that the mountain affects the speed of our descent like dizziness and discover the elegance of skiing a perfect slope of untouched snow. Ski Touring in Chamonix and surrounding areas. (The Mont Blanc Range, Aiguilles Rouge Chablais, Valais, Val Ferret, ...)
