Since the 1980's climbing has become a sport in its own right with its own specialist competitions and separated from alpinism. Climbing is more than a gymnastic discipline; it is a way of life and a state of mind. It can also become an addiction, a virus, a drug, and a passion, which forces you to journey around the world in search of another experience.
It brings together mental energy, strength and effort, which allows for an aesthetic movement consistent with the rock structure.

Around Chamonix
The limestone cliffs are not to be missed in this area. From the magnificent rock faces ( la Maladiere, 250m) to the escalating slabs of limestone (Le Sappey, 250m) and the whole range of climbing in the Aravis which contains more than 34 pitches of 5+/6a, the choice is difficult.
Day - Weekend - Course
The number of participants is limited to 2 for the big routes.

Verdon
The Verdon gorges are obligatory in the life of a climber as they are certainly one of the most incredible areas in Europe to climb in. The climbing is both demanding and athletic and the cliffs plunge 300 m into the canyon so that when we rappel down to the climb we experience the meaning of humility.
Weekend - 3 days or more.

Gigondas
This small Gaul village is well known for its excellent wine as well as being a little climbing paradise. The Dentelles de Montmirail offer an incredible variety of routes of one to two pitches on this peculiarly sculptured limestone. The South faces protect us from the mistral and the North faces provide shelter from the sun. The program: climbing and wine tasting. Nights spent in the Dentelles de Montirail gite.
